  • 2 moderate sized eggs
  • 6-8 fresh button mushrooms
  • Finely diced or grated cheese
  • 3/4th cups of finely chopped tomatoes

The mushroom cheese omlette is a relatively easy recipe. Chopping the veggies and getting things ready won’t take a long time. Simply begin by chopping the button mushrooms in small dices.
