Combine the soup and sour cream in a small bowl and preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add onion and chili powder until onion is tender. Stir in chicken, green chillies, and 3 tablespoons of soup mixture. Spread ¼ cup of the mix in middle of tortillas, roll, and place seam side down in a 12×8 baking dish. Pour remainder of mix over enchiladas and bake covered for 15 minutes. Add cheese on top and bake uncovered for remaining five minutes.

You will need ¼ cup melted butter, 8 flour tortillas, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves crushed, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, ¾ cup salsa, 1-2 minced garlic clove, 1 onion, 1 lb ground beef. Brown the beef with the onion and garlic and drain. Stir in the salsa, cumin, oregano, and salt and simmer for 5 minutes or until the liquid has mostly evaporated. Brush one side of the tortillas with butter and spread one spoon of meat mixture into unbuttered side. Fold the tortilla and fold the ends down. Place seam side down in 13×9 baking dish for 13 minutes or until golden brown at 475 degrees.
